The Marketing and Communications Manager has overall responsibility for creating and implementing our marketing, communications and branding strategies. A diverse mix of marketing, advertising and social media activities.

About the role
Extend the Transpire brand identity and increase awareness of Transpire as Australia’s leading digital consultancy. Promote new products/services, target new customers and grow our digital presence. You will support Sales activities and assist the People and Culture team to refine Transpire’s employment brand. Be a thought leader and active member of the marketing/technology community, regularly sharing knowledge and growing our brand awareness;
This role will suit a hands on leader who will uplift the capability of this department. You will demonstrate experience in promoting organisations through effective media relations, including pro-active campaigns. You will possess experience in developing organisation-wide communications policies and procedures and hold a strong understanding of digital marketing tools. Previous experience in a digital consulting environment is highly valued.
